Ingredients
1 cauliflower, roughly chopped
1 head of fennel, roughly chopped
1 brown onion, roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic
2 litres of water
1 litre of milk
Splash of olive oil.
Method
In a large saucepan gently fry the onion, fennel and garlic (do not colour them)
Tumble in the cauliflower and pour in the water, place on a lid and bring to a boil for about 20 minutes.
Remove the lid, pour in the milk and bring back to a boil then using Mr.buzzy blend to a smooth soup and serve.
