Ingredients
50g butter
½ cup of brown sugar
500g cherries
Splash of brandy
Puff pastry
Method
Add butter and sugar to a pan and top off with a splash of Brandy.
Mix and melt together into a caramel, slide in cherries, cook for 5 minutes, lay puff pastry on top, fold down edges, put into the oven pre heated to 210 for 20 minutes.
