Ingredients
1 kg chicken drumsticks
½ brown onion
1 stick of celery
2 litres of water
Method
Place all ingredients into a large saucepan, place on a lid, bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer for 1 hour.
Allow to cool down then remove the meat from the bones and return to the soup.
Blend the soup to a smooth consistency and serve.
