Chocolate Chip Cookie Swirls

Ingredients

 
2x 225g chocolate chip cookies
250g frozen berries
600m l whipping cream
Dash of vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Pour the cream into your mixer, add the vanilla and whisk until nice and thick.
 
Line a large bowl with cling wrap.
 
Pipe a layer of cream into the bottom of the bowl, then add a layer of chocolate chip cookies, a sprinkle of berries and another layer of cream.
 
Repeat the process until the bowl is full.
 
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight (this is important as it softens the cookies to a “cakey” consistency.)
