Ingredients
250g self raising flour
2 eggs
200g chocolate chips
150 ml milk
50 ml maple syrup
Method
Place the flour, eggs, and milk into a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is achieved then tumble in the chocolate chips.
Heat a non-stick fry pan and fry the pancake mix for 3-5 minutes each side until lightly golden, serve with a garnish of maple syrup.
