Crab Cakes

Ingredients

 
200g crab meat
2 spring onions
1 tsp chopped capers
2 egg whites
1 tbsp chopped dill
1 splash o0f Worcestershire sauce
70g breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
 

Method

 
Combine in bowl
 
Divide into 12 portions
 
Pan fry in a non stick frypan
 
Serve warm on a platter and garnish with lemon wedges.
