Ingredients
300g Crab meat
1 baby cos lettuce (washed and segmented)
1 finely chopped red chilli
1 finely chopped Spanish onion
200ml Hoi sin sauce
Splash of extra virgin olive oil
Method
In a hot pan add the olive oil and the onions, chilli and cook for 2-3 minutes
Pour in the sauce bring to a boil then simmer for 2 minutes or until a thick consistency is achieved
Serve a couple of spoons at a time in the lettuce leaves.
