150g caster sugar
100g plain flour
12 egg yolks
1 litres milk
Vanilla
1 whole egg
 

Method

 
Beat yolks & sugar
 
Sift in flour
 
Pour boiling milk over mix stirring constantly
 
Bring to boil, cook out flour
