Ingredients
500g pumpkin, peeled and chopped to 10 cm squares)
500g carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
Water
Method
Place the veggies into a saucepan, pour in enough cold water to cover the vegetables, place on a lid, bring to a boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the water has been absorbed into the vegetables.
Blend the cooked vegetables using Mr. buzzy until completely smooth.
These two purees can be frozen and will keep for up to 1 month.
