Ingredients
2 Whole eggs, 2 egg yolks
50g un-salted butter
50g Camembert
50g grated havarti
Method
Whisk the eggs and egg yolks together until smooth, melt the butter in a warm non-stick pan until it starts to foam then pour in the eggs.
As the egg starts to cook on the outside stir into the middle until the egg is half cooked, then place the cheese on top and fold over to form a “half moon” shape and serve.
