Ingredients
1 Spanish onion Diced
1 Red green and yellow Bullhorn Chilli, Sliced
2 mandarins segmented
½ a bunch of dill fronds
3 cloves of garlic sliced
375g French lentils cooked for 45 minutes
Salt and pepper
Method
Fry onion and garlic until soft, add salt and pepper, sliced chillies and warm through. Then toss through the Lentils, mandarin segments and dill and serve.
