Fresh Season Fettucine

Ingredients

 
100g salami, cut into 3 cm cubes
100g olives, pitted
2 tbsp torn continental parsley
2 tbsp torn dill
50g feta cheese, cubed
1 serve of fettucine (35, pieces)
4 tbsp olive oil
 

Method

 
Heat a fry pan, add a splash of olive oil and toss in the salami and olives and fry until the salami starts to brown.
 
Cook the pasta as per the pack instructions and toss into the fry pan (ad about 2 tbsp of pasta cooking water.
 
Toss through the herbs and fetta cheese and serve immediately.
