Fruity Flambe

Ingredients

 
1 Mango
½ a pineapple
1 punnet of strawberries
2 kiwi fruit
½ a watermelon
1 banana
50g butter
2 tbsp raw brown sugar
½ a glass of red wine
50 ml of brandy
 

Method

 
Cut all the fruit, hollow out the watermelon
 
Melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped banana, cook for 1 minute then add the sugar and red wine.
 
Pour in the brandy and gently heat.
 
Set the brandy alight just before you pour it over the watermelon at the table.
