Garlic Bread

Ingredients

 
1 kg self raising flour
1 pinch of salt
250g melted butter
200ml water
100g garlic butter
100g chilli butter
 

Method

 
In a large bowl combine the flour, salt and melted butter, then pour in water and mix until a wet dough is formed. Separate the dough into 3balls.
 
Take the first ball and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, and place onto your baking tray
 
Take the second ball roll out flat and place the garlic butter in the middle, fold up the edges to form a small well and place onto your baking tray. Repeat the process with the chilli butter.
 
Bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes
