Ingredients
2 Avocadoes
½ tsp paprika
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of ½ a lemon
4 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise
Method
Place the garlic and paprika into your mortar and pestle and pound until the garlic is a smooth paste.
Add the avocadoes and lemon juice and continue pounding until the avocadoes are mashed, then stir through the mayonnaise until all combined.
