Ingredients
1 sheet of short pastry
80g Ham cut fine
80g leek cut fine
2 egg yolk
100ml cream
Ingredients
Blind bake 8 small pastry tartlets for 10-12 minutes
Sweat off leek and ham in a pan
Mix egg yolk and cream and add it to the leek and ham, mix well
Pour mix into tartlet shell, bake for 10-15mins @ 180 C
Can be served hot or cold
