Ingredients
250g beef mince
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 tbsp. herbe de Provence
1 stick of chopped celery
1 long red chilli, finely chopped
1 egg
Method
Place all the ingredients into your blender and pulse until a smooth-ish consistency is achieved.
Roll into sausage size portions (using wet hands)
Then place onto a lined baking tray and bake @ 200oC for 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
