Hot Olives

Ingredients

 
250g assorted olives
3 cloves of garlic
1 stick of celery, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
80ml extra virgin olive oil
 

Method

 
Mix together all ingredients together and place into an oven proof dish then into a pre-heated oven at 200oC for 10 minutes and serve.
