Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 pack of chocolate chip cookies
2 cups Vanilla ice cream
6 tbsp Maple syrup
4 tbsp of drinking chocolate for dusting
Method
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften for 10 minutes, then stir through half the maple syrup.
Sandwich two cookies with a filling of mapled ice cream then place them back in the freezer for about an hour to firm up.
Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and a dusting of drinking chocolate.
