Ingredients
150g fresh linguini
10 sage leaves
150g roasted pumpkin
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 clove of finely sliced garlic
50g un-salted butter
Salt and pepper
Grated Parmesan
Method
Heat a fry pan and tumble in the butter and melt until it starts to foam then add the pine nuts, sage and roasted pumpkin.
Toss in the cooked linguini season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with freshly shaved Parmesan.
