Ingredients
Prawns
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ bunch Dill
½ pineapple
Method
Into a mixing bowl add Paprika, Extra Virgin Olive oil, Dill and ¼ of grated pineapple and stir well.
Tumble in Prawns and combine with marinade
Chop ¼ pineapple into chunks
Thread prawns and pineapple chunks onto skewers
Place on bbq grill, turning until cooked
