Ingredients
500g veal steak, cut into strips
50 ml olive oil
1 large clove of garlic, crushed
100g sugar snaps
80g red capsicum julienne
80g spring onion, sliced on an angle
80g carrot julienne
80g zucchini julienne
80g broccoli florets
70 ml balsamic vinegar
Method
Heat your wok and pour in the oil and wait until it is smoking, slide in the veal and stir fry until just sealed.
Add the carrots and garlic and fry for 1 minute then add all the other veggies, pour in the balsamic vinegar and place on a lid.
Cook for 3-5 minutes then serve on your choice of rice or pasta.
