Ingredients
1 mid cut scotch steak
½ glass of white wine
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp arrowroot
Method
Mix together the wine, olive oil, mustard and arrowroot and whisk until smooth.
Place the scotch into the marinade for at least ½ an hour (but no longer than an hour.)
Add a splash of olive oil to the BBQ flat grill and cook the steak for 3-5 minutes on either side and serve.
