Ingredients
2 tins of tuna in spring water
4 spring onions, finely chopped
2 eggs
½ cup of breadcrumbs
¼ cup of chopped dill
Dash of olive oil
Method
Mix together all ingredients and form into mini Patties, place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
Place on a lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes, serve with dipping sauce.

1 roasted capsicum
Method
Blend together to form a smooth sauce
