Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
6 eggs
200ml cream
1 tin fruit salad
2 oranges, segmented
2 limes segmented
1 punnet of strawberries
2 tbsp of honey
Method
Mix together the eggs, cream, honey and fruit salad mix.
Line a flan tin with the puff pastry then pour in the egg and fruit mix then bake at 180oC for 15-25 minutes until the egg has cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before garnishing with citrus segments and sliced strawberries
