Ingredients
200g chocolate chip cookies, roughly crushed
200g milk cooking chocolate
150g mixed nuts, lightly crushed
200g mixed confectionery lollies
Method
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a double boiler melt the chocolate then stir through the crushed cookies and nuts.
Stir through the lollies then pour the mixture into the baking tray and place into the fridge for at least 1 hour or until it is set firm, then slice into chunks and serve.
