Ingredients
200g unsalted butter
2 cups castor sugar
1 cup cocoa powder (or drinking chocolate)
200 g mixed nuts
4 eggs
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
150g cooking chocolate
Method
Melt the butter and chocolate allow to cool. Stir in the sugar and cocoa until combined.
Fold the nuts through the butter mix.
Stir in the flour and baking powder until combined.
Add the eggs one by one and stir until combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray.
Place into a preheated oven at 160oC for 45 minutes.
