Ingredients
300g homemade muesli
2 eggs
250g yoghurt
250g strawberries
Method
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth then tumble in the muesli and mix thoroughly, then press into muffin tins in the shape of a tart and bake at 180oC for 15-20 minutes
Place the strawberries into your food processor and blend until smooth then stir through the yogurt.
Once the muesli bases have cooled pour in the strawberry yoghurt and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
