Ingredients

 
600g corn chips
150g grated mozzarella
Re-fried beans
Guacamole
Salsa
 

Method

 
Place a layer of corn chips onto a large oven proof platter, then add a sprinkle of cheese, a few dollops of re-fried beans, a few dollops of guacamole and a sprinkling of salsa.
 
Repeat the layering process until you have used all your chips and top off with cheese.
 
Place into an oven pre-heated to 185oC for 15 minutes.
 
Serve with the bowls of extra re-fried, guacamole and salsa on the side for dipping.
