Ingredients
1 bunch of fresh Basil leaves
6 roasted Garlic cloves
100g Pine Nuts
100g Parmesan Cheese
100ml Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Method
Place Basil, Garlic, Pine Nuts, salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese in a food processor and blend ingredients
Drizzle in Olive Oil to emulsify
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
