Polish Pearl Barley Cabbage Wraps

Ingredients

 
500g minced beef
1 Spanish onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of crushed garlic
300g cooked pearl barley
1 stick of celery, finely chopped
½ bunch of dill
½ a cabbage
1 tsp paprika
 

Method

 
Take off the big outside leaves of the cabbage and blanch until soft and pliable.
 
Mix together all the ingredients and form into balls.
 
Wrap each ball with a cabbage leaf and place into an oven tray with about an inch of water.
 
Bake at 200oC for 25-35 minutes.
