Ingredients
3 medium potatos
50g Parmesan cheese
1 Egg yolk
1 clove chopped garlic
Salt
Pepper
Smoked salmon
Sour cream
Chives
Method
Grate potatoes into bowl
Add parmesan, egg yolk, finely chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper
Using a non stick frypan, place a dessert spoon of mix into a pan with a bit of vegetable oil
Brown on one side then brown on the other side, place on a tray in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, after removing from oven allow to cool before garnishing with julienne of smoked salmon, a dollop of sour cream and some chive batons.
