Prawn Pizzette

Ingredients

 
100ml extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
60g parmesan cheese
Bunch of basil
Prawns
Puff pastry
 

Method

 
Into a blender add Extra Virgin Olive oil, Garlic, grated Parmesan and Basil and blend into a pesto.
 
Mix pesto through the prawns.
 
Cut out puff pastry into star shapes and place on a baking tray, place a prawn on each pastry, brush with pesto, add salt and pepper and slide into the oven for 15 minutes at 220.
