Pumpkin Scones

Ingredients

 
400g self raising flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
50g melted butter
250ml milk
200g boiled pumpkin (mashed)
 

Method

 
Mix together the flour, baking powder, caster sugar and parmesan cheese until fully combined.
 
Then fold through the mashed pumpkin melted butter and milk until a soft dough is achieved.
 
Place onto a floured bench and press down to 10cm thick.
 
Using a 10cm pastry cutter cut the scones and place them onto a baking paper lined baking tray and bake at 180oC for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
