Ingredients
1 head of garlic, roasted
½ loaf of white bread
750 ml milk
salt and pepper
Method
Cut the crusts off of the bread and set aside, place the milk into a saucepan and tear the bread into small chunks and add to the milk.
Squeeze the roasted garlic into the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Add the salt and pepper then blend to a smooth paste.
Blend the bread crusts until they are chunky.
Then add 2 cloves of garlic, ¼ cup parsley, 1 finely chopped red chilli and pulse until combined.
Spread out on a baking tray, splash with olive oil and bake at 200oC for 5 minutes, give the mix a good stir then bake again for another 5 minutes.
