Ingredients
2 thin cut scotch fillet
2 spring onion
6 garlic cloves
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 bamboo skewers
Method
Mix together the olive oil, Tabasco and Worcester sauce and whisk until combined.
Cut the scotch in half down the middle and marinate in the sauce for at least ½ an hour.
Take the bamboo skewer and thread on the meat and alternate with spring onion and garlic in between the meat then BBQ on the flat plate for 2-3 minutes each side and serve.
