Ingredients
500g minced beef
1 finely diced Spanish onion
2 cloves of crushed garlic
Small pinch of ground cinnamon
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 small red dried chilli, chopped
1 tsp ground white pepper
Grated zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp mustard powder
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
4 tsp tomato paste
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
500 ml water
Method
In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except the chopped tomatoes and water,) massage well all combined then shape into meatballs.
Place the meatballs into an oven tray pour over the water and tinned tomatoes, cover with foil and bake at 190oC for 1 hour and serve.
