Ingredients
4 Sausages
4 bamboo skewers
4 slices of mountain bread
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp tomato sauce
4 tbsp Caramelised mustard
Method
Thread the sausages onto the bamboo skewers (this keeps them straight while they are cooking, it also makes it easy to turn and cook evenly.)
Place the skewered sausages on to the flat plate of your BBQ and cook for 3 minutes each side.
Take 1 piece of mountain bread and smear it with mustard, tomato sauce place the caramelised onions on top of the mustard then place the sausage on top, roll up the mountain bread, remove the skewer and serve remember to remove the skewer before serving.
