Ingredients
1 Chicken breast, sliced
2 roasted chicken Marylands, roughly chopped
½ Kohlrabi, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced
4 spring Onion, sliced
½ a bunch Thai Basil leaves
1 heaped teaspoon chilli Paste
200 ml Chicken Stock
2 Tbsp Peanut oil
Splash of Sesame oil
Method
Add peanut oil and sesame oil to a hot wok and quickly stir fry the chicken and set aside.
Tumble in the onions, Kohlrabi and squash and lightly brown.
Add chilli paste, stock, chicken breast and roasted marylands, bring to boil, stir in Basil leaves and serve with noodles or rice.
