Ingredients
4 firm ripe crisp tart green apples
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 celery heart sliced
½ cup of coarsely chopped walnuts
½ cup of mayonnaise
Method
Core and quarter the apples leaving the skin on .
Chop into chunks into a bowl and toss with the lemon juice to coat.
Add the celery and walnuts.
Mix the mayonnaise to the apples and toss.
Serve on a bed of sliced celery
