Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 avocado
½ cucumber, grated finely
100ml yoghurt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 clove of garlic, grated finely
Method
1. Place the banana and avocado into your mortar and pestle with the cucumber, the yoghurt, paprika and garlic then blend until completely smooth.
2. Serve with any spicy curry and poppadums.
