Ingredients
1 veal loin
6 slices of middle bacon
1 tsp Horseradish sauce
1 tsp French Mustard
1 brown onion thinly sliced
3 medium potatoes thinly sliced
300ml water
Method
1. Trim the veal loin of all sinew then smear with the horseradish and French mustard.
2. Wrap the loin with the bacon.
3. Place the sliced onions and potatoes in an oven tray, put the veal on top and pour in the water.
4. Bake at 220c for 30-40 minutes, allow to rest, slice and serve on the potatoes and onions.
