Ingredients
1 Pane di Casa bread stick
4 eggs
50ml cream
200ml milk
½ tsp mixed spice
½ cup shredded basil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
50g butter
Always Fresh Minced Garlic
Method
1. Slice the French stick into 2cm slices.
2. Mix together the eggs, cream, mixed spice, shredded basil and Parmesan cheese.
3. Spread each slice of French stick with garlic butter and arrange into your baking tray.
4. Pour over the egg mix then bake at 200c for 20minutes.
