Ingredients
4 bananas
Trimmings of puff pastry
Icing sugar
Caramel Sauce
125g unsalted butter
125g caster sugar
Method
1. Lay out pastry trimmings.
2. Place banana down on top of pastry.
3. Dust with icing sugar, then wrap the pastry around the length of the banana.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 10-15 minutes.
5. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the sugar and continue to stir until caramel consistency is achieved.
