Ingredients
300g lamb leg, diced
1 brown onion, diced
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 stick of celery, diced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
3 sheets pastry (your choice of puff or shortcrust.)
1 egg
salt and pepper
Method
1. In a large bowl combine the lamb, onions, potatoes, celery, garlic and parsley and mix well.
2. Cut pastry in half and fill with mix, sealing the edges with egg wash. Also baste the surface of the with egg wash and bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
