Ingredients
1 kg of grated potatoes
1 grated onion
1/2 a cup of curly parsley
1 tsp Vegeta stock powder
2 eggs
150g of rice flour
Method
Grate potatoes and onion and combine with chopped parsley and other ingredients.
Take out a handful and give it a squeeze, then place into hot canola oil and fry till golden on one side, flip and repeat on the other side, then drain on some absorbent towel.
