Ingredients
1 Kg Fillet of Ling – boned
2 Bulbs of fennel
1 Spanish onion
1 Green capsicum
1 Red capsicum
2 Sticks celery
2 Carrots
Splash sesame oil
Method
Julienne all vegetables.
Heat large frying pan and line the bottom with sesame oil.
Slide in all vegetables and combine.
Place fish on top of vegetables, sprinkle with a little more sesame oil and place in hot over for about 10 mins
Slide onto white platter and serve.
