Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
1 tin Admiral Passionfruit in syrup
300g self raising flour
2 eggs
100g melted butter
100g brown sugar
100g walnuts
Method
1. Place the bananas, melted butter, passion fruit, eggs and walnuts in the blender and pulse until combined.
2. Pour the banana mix into the flour and stir well until combined.
3. Put the banana dough into a loaf tin then bake at 190C for 45minutes.
