Ingredients
500g piece of eye fillet
2 cloves of garlic
350 ml of red wine
2 spring onions
150 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method
Marinate eye fillet for at least 12 hours in red wine garlic and spring onions.
Seal eye fillet on hot BBQ, close the lid and roast for about 20 minutes.
Serve with mash and pea puree.
