Ingredients
(Serves 1)
1pack of 2-minute noodles
50g ham
2 basil leaves
2 mushrooms
2 spring onions
1 small clove of garlic
50ml thickened cream
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Method
Cook the noodles as per the pack instructions.
Finely chop the spring onion, garlic, ham and mushrooms.
Splash olive oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped ingredients all together for 1 minute, then add the cream and heat thoroughly before adding the pasta into the sauce with a splash of the water the noodles were cooked in. Crack in the egg and stir through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finish with shredded basil, sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
